Lars Bruhn, Fryeburg Academy: Bruhn reeled in three touchdown passes (52, 15 and 90 yards) and ran for a score in a 35-34 loss to Kennebunk.

Isaac Bulger, Winslow: Bulger rushed for 190 yards and a score on 13 carries, and had a 17-yard TD catch as the Black Raiders downed MCI, 38-6. Bulger also had a sack on defense.

Ethan Closson, Old Town: Closson threw four touchdown passes (24, 55, 23 and 28 yards), ran 69 yards for a score and returned a kickoff 91 yards for a TD in the Coyotes’ 60-20 win over Lake Region. Closson finished 15 of 26 passing for 289 yards and ran for 151 yards on seven carries.

Adam Cote Jr., Sanford: Cote scored four touchdowns, including a 2-yard run with 17.8 seconds remaining that gave the Spartans their first win of the season, 44-36 over Scarborough. Cote also ran for 23-, 17- and 65-yard scores.

Bradley Farrell, Kennebunk: The running back’s second touchdown pass, a 5-yarder to quarterback Giovanni D’Elia with 7.5 seconds to play, lifted the Rams to a 35-34 win over Fryeburg. Farrell also threw a 41-yard TD pass to Charlie Pentland late in the first half.

Darren Flagg, Leavitt: Flagg scored five touchdowns and intercepted two passes in the Hornets’ 48-7 triumph over Gardiner. Flagg scored on runs of 4 and 47 yards, caught 12- and 27-yard touchdown passes from Landon Marquis, and returned his second interception 35 yards for a score.

Dylan Jewett, Spruce Mountain: Jewett rushed for three touchdowns — all longer than 50 yards (56, 72 and 87) — and gained 260 yards on 12 carries to propel the Phoenix to a key 40-24 win over Cape Elizabeth. Jewett also threw a 14-yard TD pass to Levi Richards, made 14 tackles (13 solo) and had a pass deflection.

Lucas Klehn, Bonny Eagle: The Scots quarterback set the tone with his weaving, tackle-breaking 61-yard touchdown run for the first score in a 45-6 win against Oxford Hills. Klehn rushed for 170 yards and four touchdowns on 10 carries, and completed 4 of 5 passes for 91 yards, highlighted by a 67-yard TD pass to Drew Gervais.

Fin Minkel, Messalonskee: Minkel helmed a potent offense in the Eagles’ 41-26 victory over Mt. Blue. He completed 12 of 22 passes for 234 yards and two scores, ran for two touchdowns and gained 39 yards on eight carries.

Owen Ross, Falmouth: Ross scored four touchdowns — on runs of 10, 4, 70 and 14 yards — for the Navigators in their 35-12 win over Gorham.

Brennan Tabor, Thornton Academy: Tabor’s strong performance on both sides of the ball helped the Golden Trojans overcome a 14-point deficit to defeat Noble, 53-20. Tabor carried 13 times for 161 yards and four touchdowns, was in on 14 tackles (seven solo, two for loss) and forced a fumble.
