Allow Multiple Previous Handoffs for Milestones and Tasks

In the ACC Build Plans module, users can assign unlimited Future Handoffs to a Milestone or Task. However, the system currently restricts each activity to only one Previous Handoff. This limitation prevents accurate modelling of real project workflows, where a single milestone or task may depend on multiple preceding activities. Proposed SolutionEnhance the Plans module to allow multiple Previous Handoffs for a single Milestone or Task.Ensure all linked predecessors are displayed clearly in both List and Swim Lane views.
