Drag-Down Column Functionality in Plans Module List View

In the ACC Build Plans module, the List View does not currently support drag‑down functionality for columns. Users must manually enter identical values across multiple rows, which is inefficient and increases the likelihood of errors. Since standardised templates are being deployed to a large and diverse group of Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Field Personnel—many with varying levels of technical experience—this limitation makes the platform less user‑friendly and harder to adopt.Proposed SolutionIntroduce drag‑down functionality in List View columns, similar to spreadsheet tools.Allow users to click and drag a cell value down to apply it across multiple rows.Provide an undo option to revert changes quickly.
