Include Handoffs in Duplicate Task Functionality

The current Duplicate Task functionality in the ACC Build Plans module does not incorporate the associated activity Handoffs. As a result, when duplicating tasks, users must manually re‑add handoffs for each new activity. This additional step reduces efficiency and undermines the intent of the Duplicate Task feature. Proposed SolutionEnhance the Duplicate Task functionality to automatically include handoffs when duplicating activities.Provide an option to toggle inclusion/exclusion of handoffs, giving users flexibility.
