Material Properties in Revit transfer through Data Exchange

Hi, I am looking for help/information regarding material properties transferring over through data exchange. I have tried doing a data exchange from revit as well as a data exchange from an ifc export with material properties selected.The data exchange from revit provides the revit material, but no properties (structural/thermal) of the material. The ifc export from revit provides all the material properties, but they do not transfer over when a data exchange is done on the ifc file through Forma Data Management.
