Insert view from "desktop connector" / Forma freezes Revit

I am using Revit 2025.4 When I try to insert views from a cloud model selected through the desktop connector (also called Autodesk Forma on windows explorer), Revit starts loading the project. When it gets to "ready" the program is completely frozen and requires a force quit. Any ideas what could be causing this?  Thanks.
