Hi @NtsakoR,Thank you for putting all of this information together. It gives us a much clearer picture of what happened.Based on the logs, it is very unlikely that all 24 physical drives failed independently. All drives became unavailable within a short period, after which the controller reported error 1785, indicating that no drives were detected. The drives were later detected again and are currently reporting normal link rates and passing the SMART and Short DST tests. This points more towards a common storage-path issue involving the P816i-a controller, SAS cabling, backplane/expander, backplane power, or the controller’s drive-discovery process.Firmware version 3.53 is also quite old and should be updated. However, the HPE advisory mentioned earlier specifically applies to firmware version 3.21 and earlier. For that reason, we cannot confirm that the same firmware defect is the exact cause based on the firmware version alone. The repeated logical-drive failure entries also do not necessarily mean that the volumes failed 21 separate times. It is more likely that the controller recorded the existing Failed status again each time the server restarted and the storage configuration was rediscovered. The Power Supply 2 input-loss event occurred several minutes after the physical drives had already started failing. Based on the current timestamps, it does not appear to be the initial cause. Nevertheless, both power supplies and their upstream PDU or UPS connections should still be checked. The error 840 messages are particularly important because they indicate that Smart Array configuration data is still present on the drives. The controller has disabled those drives to protect the existing configuration. Therefore, the configuration should not be cleared or recreated, as doing so could overwrite recoverable RAID metadata. Before attempting to re-enable the logical drives, could you please provide the original Active Health System .ahs file and the complete HPE Smart Storage Administrator Array Diagnostics Report? For now, please do not;Clear the controller configurationInitialize any drivesCreate new arrays or logical drivesMove the drives between baysUse the forced re-enable optionThe next step should be to verify the P816i-a controller connection, SAS cables, backplane/expander, backplane power connections, and both PSU power feeds. Once the storage path is confirmed to be stable, the server components should be updated using an appropriate HPE-supported Gen10 firmware baseline. If all original drives are then confirmed healthy and remain in their original bays, the standard “Re-enable Failed Logical Drive” operation may be considered, preferably with HPE Support involved. If the logical drives become accessible, an immediate backup should be taken before running any filesystem or application consistency checks. At this point, the evidence suggests a controller-to-backplane communication or drive-discovery problem rather than a simultaneous failure of all physical disks.https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docId=sd00003116en_us&docLocale=en_US&page=GUID-F8BCE4CA-4FAD-4F5E-B6B3-24EAE6E874D0.htmlhttps://support.hpe.com/connect/s/softwaredetails?language=en_US&softwareId=MTX_963869da609c435db46975614b&tab=revisionHistory
