Disney+ unable to view

Disney + used to work on old Skye box we had a new box 3 weeks ago but have been unable to watch Disney+ we have spent hours on the phone trying to sort out the problem to no avail still waiting for the call back from on sky representative, we were also told to contact Disney themselves with the magic 16 digit code they just said not their problem it is a Sky problem any help out there would be appreciated
