No connection but it says its connected

We keep having issues ever since we moved away from the sky dish to sky glass. We are supposed yo have super fast broadband and when we run the tests it says its fine but its awful. We often have to switch off WiFi on our phones and use internet. The TV drops out constantly and won't connect but when we check the connection status it says good connection, wifi and Internet yet we can't use the TV. Changing to this has been awful and frustrating
