The map is COUNTRYSIDE MOUNTAINS by Stildre. Its been around for a long long time cuz I remember playing with it when I was in high school and im 30. You can find the link to it down here:

Idk what you mean about restoring it, but the least these f*ckin channels could do is cite their sources and list what mods they used
