Families in the Ooltewah and Collegedale communities are invited to celebrate Halloween with the residents and team at Morning Pointe of Greenbriar Cove during a free Trunk-or-Treat event on Thursday, Oct. 29, from 5-7 p.m. at 9650 Leyland Dr. in Ooltewah.

The event is free and open to the public and will bring local families, residents and staff together for an evening of trick-or-treating and community connection. Staff and families will decorate their vehicles for the event, creating a festive setting where children can collect treats while visiting with residents and members of the Morning Pointe team.

For residents, the evening provides an opportunity to participate in a familiar Halloween tradition while welcoming children and families from the surrounding community into their home.

“We enjoy having opportunities like this where our residents can be part of the excitement and see families from the community come through our doors,” said Lisa Johnson, Life Enrichment Director at Morning Pointe of Greenbriar Cove. “It is always special to see our residents interact with the children and families, and we hope everyone will come out, enjoy some treats and spend a little time with us.”
