A recording from inside one of test drills in the former uranium mine. Throughout the recording an unusual sound can be heard of unknown origins - a singular impulse in regular time intervals.
The recordings were created as a result of collaboration with Ida Hiršenfelder as part of her project After the Flood. Supported by CIKE Creative Industry Košice and the EMAP — European Media Art Platform. Recorded with Sound Devices MixPre-6 ii and JrF C-series pro contact microphones.
