Two companies have signed for close to 32,000 square feet of office space at 11 Bryant Park Plaza.

Dog food delivery service Spot & Tango took 15,931 square feet on the entire seventh floor of the Midtown office building, while advertising intelligence firm MediaRadar moved from a sublease at the property to a direct deal with 15,931 square feet on the eighth floor, according to landlord broker CBRE.

Both deals were for a term of five years, and asking rent in the building owned by AM Property Holdings, Axonic Capital and Eyn Holdings was $75 to $95 per square foot, according to CBRE.

“The leasing activity demonstrates strong demand for well-located buildings that combine character, convenience and modern amenities,” CBRE’s Neil King, who represented the landlords alongside Paul Amrich, Conor Kenny and Matthew Dichter, said in a statement.

Skylight Leasing’s Elie Reiss negotiated on behalf of Spot & Tango, while Evan Algier and Nick Masi of Cushman & Wakefield handled the deal for MediaRadar.

Reiss did not immediately respond to a request for comment and C&W declined to comment.

An undisclosed fintech company also signed a 16,183-square-foot lease on the 15th floor of the 22-story building, with Elliot Zellinger of Savitt Partners representing the firm. Zellinger declined to provide the name of the tenant.

The owning joint venture acquired the property, with an alternate address of 114 West 41st Street, in November 2025 for $133 million from Clarion Partners.
