The acquisition will complement TC2's expertise in platform-level engineering and cloud operations with capabilities in application modernisation and development. This will enable the company to provide its clients with a unified, business-focused service throughout the entire lifecycle.

The company started working more closely with Kombinat IT Services in 2024. Kombinat's experience in web, mobile, data and Internet of Things (IoT) development, as well as its expertise in cloud-native architectures and artificial intelligence (AI)-based application modernisation solutions, complements TC2's platform-level engineering knowledge.

TC2's goal with the majority ownership acquisition is the organisational-level integration of joint capabilities. This unified operation is intended to result in shorter development cycles, reduced delivery risk, and clearer accountability for clients, particularly in complex enterprise and public administration environments.

TC2 is focusing on strengthening its cloud-native development capabilities and its enterprise solutions, as well as expanding its regional presence.
