Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has had considerable  success doing deals to get the NDIS changes and the Gambling Advertising legislation through parliament, and next comes its news bargaining incentive legislation. 

Also, Health Minister Mark Butler is standing firm against calls for a cut to the tobacco excise as a way to combat organised crime.
