In Reply We appreciate the insightful studies reported by Camera and Tremoli on the possibility of additional tailoring of intensity and duration of antithrombotic therapy after coronary artery bypass graft surgery (CABG) based on other biological determinants of the thrombotic risk that explain interindividual variability in the response to antiplatelet therapy.
