Toward Precision Antiplatelet Therapy After Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting

To the Editor We read with great interest the recent Viewpoint by Sandner et al proposing a mechanistic framework to guide antiplatelet therapy after coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG). The authors argue that the intensity and duration of dual antiplatelet therapy (DAPT) should align with the temporal evolution of thrombotic risk, which is highest in the early postoperative phase and declines thereafter.
