Tim Robards showed off his fit physique while going for a dip at a hotel on the NSW south coast.

The SAS Australia star, 41, looked every inch the ken doll as he joked about being in 'Barbie land' in Instagram photos on Wednesday.

In the photos, Tim showcased his ripped abs as he slipped into a pair of board shorts and a blue visor.

'This motel felt a bit like Barbie Land last week,' he joked.

'Living out my National Lampoons Chevy Chase motel skinny dipping fantasy here… or was I?' he added.

Anna shared a number of love hearts underneath the post. 

Tim and Anna are expecting another child together next year, with Anna taking to Instagram last month to share her pregnancy progress.

In a luxurious marble bathroom, Anna posed for a mirror selfie which displayed her growing tummy and added a caption: 'Bumping along nicely.'

Anna showed off her bump in an off-white knit bikini.

The couple hosted a gender reveal party earlier this year in the backyard of their $6 million mansion in Sydney's Dover Heights and revealed they're having a girl.

The couple and their daughter Elle, two, weere joined with their extended family for the celebration.

Tim and Anna met on The Bachelor in 2013 and are regarded as a golden couple of the Australian Bachelor franchise. 

The pair tied the knot in Italy in 2018.
