Married At First Sight star Jason Engler has showed off his burnt bottom after spending the day in the sun. 

The reality star took to Instagram to share a racy photo of himself exposing his behind as he hiked up his underwear. 

Jason had red burn all down his leg and also exposed a tattoo of a love heart on his pert derrière. 

'Bronzed up nicely yesterday,' he captioned the photo.    

Jason has largely left the spotlight following his stint on MAFS, but he did take a swipe at his fame-hungry co-stars on the podcast, What Happens After, back in May.      

The tradie said that some of their fellow cast members had grown inflated egos since appearing on TV.

'I've seen a lot of, even close mates from this show, they will get out of the show and think they're like some kind of magic celebrity,' he said.

'Like, "Ooh look at me, I was filmed for 12 weeks on some lame-a** TV show". Whoop-de-doo, please,' he continued.  

'You're the same bloody person, not a bloody celebrity so that s**t really grinds my gears,' he added.

Several participants from last year's season of Married At First Sight have signed with talent agencies since filming wrapped.  

Johnny Balbuziente, Kerry Knight, both 30, signed with Benji Hart's THE.mgmt.

As did Perth-based musician Booka Nile, who failed to find love with Brett Helling.
