The arrangement facilitates the collection and submission of hospital patient satisfaction data through the Doctify patient feedback platform and direct submission to PHIN – at no additional cost – using the system providers already use daily.

The integration is expected to have positive impacts across the sector – by consolidating patient feedback collection into a single system that many providers are already using, the partnership should drive higher patient response rates (as patients receive one survey instead of multiple requests), increase overall compliance rates, and generate larger volumes of high-quality data for PHIN, all while reducing costs and administrative burden for providers.
