Suspect waving rifle out of car in southeast Las Vegas Valley arrested, police say

Metro said it arrested a suspect who was driving the wrong way down Eastern Avenue and waving a rifle out of their car near Sunset Park Wednesday.

A person was arrested in the southeast valley for waving a gun outside his car Wednesday, police said.
The Metropolitan Police Department said it received several calls reporting that a vehicle was driving the wrong way on Eastern Avenue near Sunset Park, with the suspect waving a rifle out the driver’s side window Wednesday evening.
Officers arrived and the suspect was taken into custody without any injuries, Metro said.
