Preserve Photo Upload Order in Checklists and Issues

When uploading photos to checklists and issues, the system currently arranges them by file size (smallest first) rather than in the order in which they were taken or uploaded. This disrupts the intended sequence and makes it harder to explain issues clearly or maintain organised documentation. Proposed SolutionEnsure photos are displayed in the exact order they are uploaded.
