She’s a TV stalwart, once known as the ‘Queen of Mean’ thanks to her assertive remarks.

But during a recent outing, away from the small screen, Anne Robinson looked barely recognisable as she stepped out in London to run a few errands.

Despite the low-key appearance, the 71-year-old managed to cut a relaxed and refined figure while making her way towards her car.

Keeping things casual, Anne wore a padded gilet with a bright red jumper and a plain pair of navy tracksuit trousers.

Her short red tresses were left loose, slightly tousled, while she allowed her youthful complexion to shine through with minimal tones of makeup.

The TV presenter recently sparked speculation that may have recently gone under the knife once again due to her change in looks.

In the past, Anne has been open about having cosmetic help, by saying: 'My appearance is all down to maintenance. I'm like the Forth Rail Bridge.

'I run, I have facials, I eat an awful lot of salmon and salad. If you want to expose bare arms in primetime, there's no choice.'

She also once defended her use of Botox, saying: ‘Do you know that the average woman of my age is sized between 16 and 18 and has at least two chins?

‘I’ve nothing against that, but you can’t simply talk about age - you have to look at the restrictions of television.’

Meanwhile, the Watchdog host’s sighting comes days after she was reported to have secured a £750,000 deal to appear on ITV's I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Outta Here!

She recently told press: 'I think the last offer from I'm A Celebrity was for about half a million.'

Elsewhere, in September, Anne announced she was quitting Watchdog after presenting the BBC show for 15 years.
