I’m unable to see the issue when trying to load the site using a tablet resolution and user agent with different browsers, but I’m also unable to see the form. If you can share a screenshot of how does it look in your tablet, it can help us to see what’s happening on your site. It may be possible that the theme’s CSS was not tested under the resolution your tablet uses and thus the title is misaligned.
Regarding the form that is not loading, looking at the HTML document I can see that the form was made using Forminator. I suggest you to create a topic in the support page if you need assistance fixing that:https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/forminator/
Kind regards,Jair.
I am using a modified version of one WP-PATTERN for my contact form. I get the page correctly displayed on Desktop and Smart Phone. However, the title is invisible on Tablet, being pushed upwards. I don’t know how to Correct it. I Use the Astra theme. Any help? I post the question here, because it doesn’t look like Astra-specific issue.
The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I don’t see a contact form anywhere?
I don’t see a contact form either, might be worth checking if that block is set to display or got swapped out.
Astra just handles the theme shell, the actual title placement comes from whatever block is holding it in your pattern, most likely a Cover block or Group block.
This may be caused by a fixed height on that block.
A fixed height like that doesn’t adjust well across screen sizes. At tablet width specifically, the padding and title text may end up competing for space in a box that was really only tuned for desktop and mobile, tablet tends to get missed since most people only test the two extremes.
If that’s what you find, here’s the fix.
If the height turns out fine, this may instead be a vertical alignment setting inside that same block (top, center, bottom), which can behave unexpectedly at tablet width since the editor’s tablet breakpoint sits at 781px, narrower than most people assume.
Check: https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/cover-block/, see the Dimensions section for how min height and alignment interact across screen sizes.
