A complete and total embarrassment at home was avoided by Manchester United on Thursday night. Late in the first half, Southampton, at the bottom of the Premier League table, took a 1-0 lead against United, which shocked so many people.

United couldn't get going on offense and it looked like the club was going to suffer yet another terrible loss. However, Amad Diallo came to the rescue, scoring a hat-trick to propel United to a thrilling 3-1 win. What a performance for No. 16, who recently signed his extension:

The last goal Diallo scored was a perfect example of what be brings to this team. He hustled, made a play on the ball and then fired it into the back of the net. It was yet another strong showing for Diallo, who is having a great season.
