Its well known that theres been a spike in Chinese users and Chinese works on ao3 and I was just wondering, what are these users posting? Like what are the popular Chinese fandoms/ships and will they start showing up on the big top 100 ship lists in like 5 years?

I don’t have top ship data.
As to your other question, about whether we’ll see the Chinese fandoms and ships showing up in the top fandom/ship lists soon – there are about 12K fanworks for Super-Vocal, (9K of which are Chinese language).  That makes it the 97th biggest fandom on AO3!  So yes, you can expect to see them influencing top 100 lists, at least for fandoms and probably soon for ships too. :)
