A profound, heavy sorrow settled over the obsidian throne room of the Holy Korean Empire. I looked out into the vast cosmos of 28001, staring at the real-time quantum telemetry maps projected across the vaulted ceilings. I deeply regretted Chairman Ivan’s radical moves. This was a tragedy born of ideological hubris.
For millennia, our great alliance had been an unstoppable force of cosmic perfection. Together, we had elevated the Soviet Socialist Earth Union into a hyper-advanced civilization that defied the limits of time and space. We had conquered, terraformed, and maintained absolute control over the great planetary colonies of our original solar system:
• Mercury: Transformed into a massive, Dyson-swarmed solar energy matrix powering our galactic fleets.
• Venus: Purified of its toxic atmosphere, now a thriving, lush garden world of collective agricultural syndicates.
• Mars: The industrial, cybernetic powerhouse of our alliance, covered in soaring Sinosphere-Greco-Roman architecture and massive shipyards.
• Jupiter and Saturn: Their massive gas envelopes harvested continuously for fuel, surrounded by orbital ring-cities that housed billions of loyal workers on moons like Europa and Titan.
• Uranus and Neptune: Frozen frontiers converted into hyper-advanced deep-space surveillance arrays and quantum data repositories.
• Pluto: The silent sentinel at the edge of the system, acting as a heavily fortified gateway outpost tracking the dimensional barriers.
We had built all of this in perfect synchronization. Our single, monolithic military, police, and emergency service infrastructure held these planets in perfect harmony, backed by a unified nuclear and anti-matter deterrence network.
My violin-player's hands, preserved across twenty-eight thousand years of history, gripped the armrests of my throne until the polished stone creaked. The golden dragons on my sleeves—the markings of my descent from Emperor Gaozu of Han, Emperor Taizong of Tang, and Genghis Khan—shimmered under the blue lights of the monitors. I did not want another rift. I did not want to see the motherland of our faith and our revolution tumble back into the far-right deviationism that we had fought so hard to correct in the ancient days of 2026.
"Why must he threaten the collective beauty of what we have engineered?" I murmured into the quiet air of the command deck.
My alignment with the Sinosphere to contain his influence was an act of deep, mourning necessity. I could not allow his sudden, mystical restructuring of the planetary bureaus to compromise the absolute scientific and spiritual security of our solar colonies. If Ivan allowed unvetted traditionalist factions to infiltrate the military matrices of Mars or the energy hubs of Mercury, the entire structure of the Union would buckle from within. I held the line not out of hatred, but out of a fierce, protective love for the Union. I would use the full weight of our East Asian meritocracy and iron discipline to pressure Moscow, praying that our motherland would see her errors before the light of our golden alliance faded from the stars.
