When I placed the order, it clearly stated delivery ON 23rd October.I called Sky customer service to confirm the delivery date, only to be told that it wouldn't arrive until next year! I explained that the website specifically said delivery ON 23rd October when I ordered, but the adviser kept insisting that she's looking at their website now and it says next year.Surely she should be checking my actual order rather than going by what the website is currently showing? It's frustrating how incompetent their customer service can be, especially when they can't even provide accurate information about an existing pre-order.
