The age range for this year’s winners was as young as 25 to 39. One or two candidates turned 40 between when their submission was entered and when we published the results, but we figured they still count.

Much like in past years, the candidate pool was exceptional. Among them are company owners who prioritize treating their employees right, engineers overcoming harmful stereotypes, marketers who couldn’t help but become fascinated by HVAC, executives passionate about sharing knowledge, and technicians who exemplify what it means to be a professional in this industry.
