Amazon freezing on adds AGAIN

I can see this was discussed answered and resolved a month or two back, but after a short period of working it's happening again. Most Amazon shows and movies get frozen on the ads. After restarting and updating apps etc. I decided to eat the cost and pay for ad free ... but now it just freezes on a black screen so that's a waste of money.I keep having issues with sky stream and broadband and I'm honestly so close to cancelling. I have a fire stick in my bedroom that has no issues, so I can't see the point of sky right now
