Problems with wired internet & WiFi

Hi, I've taken Full Fibre Gega Broadband with Skymax hub. However, I'm facing following problems. 1. Internet dropping at times, making wired and WiFi devices as TV, lap tops, Ring security devices and other important devices off for short period. 2. WiFi Internet speed is good around 700 - 950 Gbps only near the hub at ground floor area. 3. WiFi Internet speed at first floor is very week around 10 - 15Gbps 4. WiFi Internet speed at second floor is extremely low - non existing. Devices like laptops, computer, mobiles can't work. I sent an email on the day the services were installed.
