As expected, Dodgers will carry 13 pitchers and 13 position players on the roster for their NLCS matchup against the Milwaukee Brewers.

MILWAUKEE — The Dodgers added left-hander Justin Wrobleski to the National League Championship Series roster Sunday, bolstering their bullpen with a pitcher who can cover multiple innings as they take on the Milwaukee Brewers, the team with the best record in baseball this season.
In the Dodgers’ first best-of-seven series of the postseason, they will carry 13 pitchers and 13 position players — one more pitcher and one fewer position player than the previous round.
To even the balance, they left pinch-runner and defensive replacement Hyeseong Kim off the roster. Kim appeared in just one game in the division series, on defense in the ninth inning of Game 4.
It was unclear late in the week whether veteran infielder Miguel Rojas would bounce back from hurting his back in Game 3 of the NLDS in time to be included on the roster. But he did and will be available off the bench Sunday, manager Dave Roberts said.
Rookie Josue De Paula, serving as a left-handed bat off the bench, stuck on the roster for a second round.
“We feel good about where Miggy is at,” Roberts said. “We have the depth with Kiké [Hernández], Tommy [Edman], Miggy, as far as infield, and versatility with the outfield too. It’s just too difficult to not have Josue, his at-bat quality, come off the bench. That’s something we were determined to do.”
As a starter, Wrobleski was an All-Star for his first-half performance (2.69 ERA). But an up-and-down second half included a short stint in the injured list, as the team kept an eye on his workload, and a move to the bullpen. He finished the season strong, yielding just one run in his last five appearances (8⅔ innings).
“There’s a length component,” Roberts said. “There’s a ‘he’s been there, done that,’ and had a really good postseason for us last year. So to get him on some lefties in certain parts of the lineup, we feel good about.”
