From Dream Academy contestants to Billboard chart-toppers, KATSEYE has had quite the glow-up. But as any EYEKON knows, the group’s road to global pop domination didn’t happen overnight. Now, fans are getting a backstage pass to the highs, lows and everything in between.

The group’s new documentary, KATSEYE: WILD HEARTS, begins streaming Friday, Oct. 16, on Disney+ and Hulu, following a limited theatrical run earlier this year. And yes, there’s a way to watch without adding another monthly subscription to your budget.

Although Disney+ and Hulu don’t offer free trials directly, eligible new DirecTV subscribers can access both services through a five-day free trial of a Signature package. That means fans can stream the documentary without paying during the trial period.

At a Glance: How to Watch KATSEYE: WILD HEARTS

KATSEYE: WILD HEARTS is streaming exclusively on Disney+ and Hulu in the U.S., with Disney+ carrying the film internationally.

For those who already subscribe to either platform, watching is as simple as signing in. New subscribers can also sign up for the Disney+ and Hulu bundle, with ad-supported plans starting at $11.99 per month.

But if you’re hoping to watch for free, DirecTV offers another option. Its Signature packages include the Disney+ and Hulu bundle, and eligible new customers can take advantage of a five-day free trial. Be sure to cancel before the trial expires to avoid subscription charges.

KATSEYE might make global pop stardom look effortless, but WILD HEARTS tells a different story.

Directed by Nadia Hallgren and produced by Interscope Films and Boardwalk Pictures in partnership with HYBE x Geffen, the documentary pulls back the curtain on the group’s rise, from the competitive environment of Dream Academy to the pressures of building an international music career.

Alongside never-before-seen footage and candid interviews, the film gives EYEKONS their own moment in the spotlight through fan-submitted videos.

The release also comes on the heels of KATSEYE’s third EP, WILD, which debuted atop the Billboard 200, and the launch of its WILDWORLD Tour. For fans who have followed the group since day one, consider this a look at just how far they’ve come.
