Nothing S&M/Debut
After catching wind of some new speakers in the works previously and the recent teaser, Nothing’s new CMF speakers have arrived with an eye-catching and truly unique milk carton form-factor.
The new Nothing speakers come in two forms: the more compact CMF Speaker S and the larger CMF Speaker M. Booth are available in White, Dark Gray, Orange and Turquoise.
The “expressive geometric design” is clearly the headline here, but we are looking at perfectly capable Bluetooth speakers with IP68 dust and water resistance, multi-speaker setups, and Bluetooth 6.0. You can pair two of them together for true stereo sound or make use of Auracast so you can pair up multiple compatible speakers (even those from other brands). You’ll also find NFC tap-to-pair, Google Fast Pair, and Microsoft Swift Pair.

Much like we have seen on the brand’s buds and headphone releases, the Nothing CMF speakers employ a physical dial-like control directly on the top of the milk carton frame – this delivers direct access to playback controls, volume, travel navigation, and to enable Ultra Bass model.
The main difference between the two side from the size is the smaller 45mm full-range driver in the S model and the larger dedicated 25W woofer and a 10W tweeter on the M.
Both deliver up to 18 hours of battery life with a 10-minute fast charge do an additional hour of playback.
There’s some modular pieces here you can mix and match:
With strong lines and sharp geometry, Speaker S comes with a carabiner hook and removable panels for easier customization. A physical knob to adjust playback, track navigation, volume and more. Dedicated buttons cover power, Bluetooth pairing and Auracast – so you can stay in the moment. There’s also a toggle for swapping the knob and front panel.
All things considered this is all pretty standard stuff – it’s really all about the physical design here and the modular mix and match.
The CMF Speaker S carries a $59 list price and the CMF Speaker M lands at $109. Both are starting to land on Amazon today and should be available at those prices shortly (if they aren’t already).
