U2 have announced the first dates for their 2027 world tour.

“The Greatest Show On Earth World Tour” will begin in February with stadium dates in Mexico City, São Paulo, and Buenos Aires, with support provided by Beck.

Tickets for these additional shows will first be available via a U2.com subscriber pre-sale commencing on Monday October 19t at 10:00 a.m. local time. Remaining tickets will be available starting Thursday, October 22nd at 10am local time via Ticketmaster.

Additional 2027 dates for Europe and North America are set to be announced in the coming week.

Additional 2027 dates for Europe and North America are set to be announced in the coming week. The upcoming trek will mark U2’s first world outing in eight years and marks the return of Larry Mullen Jr. on drums after he was forced to miss the band’s residency at Sphere due to health ailments.

To coincide with the today’s announcement, U2 have released the track that inspired the tour’s name, “The Greatest Show On Earth,” which serves as the latest single from their new album Carnaval De Luz. Co-written by Brian Eno, the song is accompanied by a video from longtime U2 collaborator Anton Corbijn that satirizes a religious cult where women do all the heavy lifting.

“The Greatest Show On Earth” marks the third preview of Carnaval De Luz, following “Silencio” and “Street of Dreams.” The album will arrive in full on November 13th via Interscope.
