How can we develop our cities in a way that prepares them for the future? At the third Real:labor Festival hosted by the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) from October 6 to 11, 2026, lectures, discussions, and hands-on activities will invite participants to find answers. Around Karlsruhe’s Kronenplatz, citizens can engage in conversation with researchers and get actively involved themselves. The program covers topics ranging from sustainability and accessibility to medicine, combining scientific themes with a varied entertainment program. Admission to all events is free.
