Feature request: bottom sheets for mobile views (new toggleable type)

Yes having the off canvas element open from the bottom would be cool. Unless I’m missing something, I think off canvas could do everything here. I’ll take a look a little bit before, or after we release Cornerstone 11. Have a great day.
