They probably had no opinion on it back on the day, but much like with Code of Honor you have to tell everyone how offended you are so everyone knows how offended you are and how you're a good offended person.

I really like RLM when they discuss legacy Trek, you can tell that they really love it. I listened to the whole thing and it's made me want to rewatch season 1 of Voyager!

After listening to the SF-Debris reviews for well over a decade, it's strange to hear the RLM crew go over the same episodes. That Stoklasa of all people should have the more positive attitude is a little strange. I wonder if this will challenge Sonnenburg's interpretations and create a new, or at least a rival, orthodoxy among the fandom.

I suspect it’s because Voyager came out at a time when they were younger and revisiting it is reminding them of the kind of shows Trek used to be in terms of presentation. They have a lot of nostalgia for TNG, so going back to Voyager is just hitting them in a spot, whereas Chuck from SF Debris was a lot older at the time of Voyager’s airings and doesn’t have that nostalgic viewpoint.
