On 14 September 2026, the Caribbean Telecommunications Union (CTU) Secretariat hosted the 'CTU 2026 4th International ICT Forecast and Preparatory Meeting', the fourth in a quarterly series of preparatory meetings held in 2026.

The meeting apprised stakeholders of the series of regional and international meetings taking place in the fourth quarter of 2026, with partner organisations invited to present a brief on each, to demonstrate the importance of Caribbean representation at all major decision-making events for the region.
