The content categorization ticket (#13157095) was successfully resolved — changed from "Filter Avoidance" to "Science and Technology, Business and Industry" with no threat categories. But the web reputation remains "Questionable" despite the site being clean.Site details:Valid TLS certificate (CN=palummu.com)Professional SaaS marketing site with proper sitemap at palummu.com/sitemap.xml, clean robots.txtNo malware, phishing, or malicious activity of any kindRecently improved SEO/discoverability signals (removed noindex, professional footer, accurate business info)Could a Cisco representative please escalate this for manual review and clear the false-positive reputation?
