K-5 literacy program has been included on the Pennsylvania Department of Education's (PDE) Curriculum Materials for Evidence-Based Reading Instruction list, a resource designed to help Pennsylvania’s 500 school districts identify high-quality reading instructional materials.

The PDE list, which reflects Pennsylvania’s rising expectations for evidence-based instruction, supports schools in evaluating literacy programs through information drawn from nationally recognized curriculum review organizations.

Available in both print and digital formats, the program helps educators identify learning opportunities, monitor progress, and provide targeted support to accelerate literacy growth and achievement.

In addition to Emerge!, several other McGraw Hill literacy programs are included on Pennsylvania's Curriculum Materials for Evidence-Based Reading Instruction list, reflecting the breadth of the company's evidence-based literacy solutions. These programs include:
