To the Editor We, the undersigned leaders of our respective national organizations, express concern regarding the Viewpoint by Dubin and colleagues. We feel this Viewpoint mischaracterizes the dynamics of the US regulatory process and risks undermining decades of collaborative progress in pediatric device development.
