Democratic candidate James Talarico, who is vying for the U.S. Senate seat for Texas, was supposed to appear before a crowd at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley in Edinburg on Wednesday. But instead he was holed up in Dallas with a fever and the flu. Talarico did manage to address the crowd, however via video. And he answered a dozen questions from U.S. Hispanic Business Council President and CEO Javier Palomarez.
