Chevrolet has really stepped up their game for the number of options they have made available on the C8 Corvette, and one of the coolest things that Z06/ZR1/ZR1X buyers can do is the Engine Build Experience where you work alongside a master engine builder inside Bowling Green’s Performance Build Center to assemble the high performance LT6/LT7 engines that will go in their Corvettes.

Chevrolet kicked off the engine build program for the C8 era in early 2026 with Jeff Gordon becoming the first official customer to build the LT7 for his ZR1X. The good news is that you don’t have to be a NASCAR legend to enjoy the experience…just $9,995 and RPO PBC on your order to qualify.
