Transco Adds Texas Natural Gas Capacity as Houston, Power Demand Grow

Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line (Transco) expects to start service Nov. 1 on two Texas expansions totaling 285,000 Dth/d, with one set to move Louisiana natural gas west into Houston for CenterPoint Energy and the other to serve a Vistra coal plant slated to switch to natural gas.
