DOJ expands tuition crackdown with University of Delaware lawsuit; New Mexico case remains pending

The Justice Department sued the University of Delaware on Thursday over a policy that allows qualifying students without legal immigration status to pay in-state tuition, expanding a nationwide campaign that already includes legal challenges in Texas and New Mexico.
