Rainfall, flash flooding conditions impact the High Plains: Agencies, officials advise caution for drivers

The Quay County Sheriff's Office issued an alert Wednesday morning warning drivers to use "extreme caution" amid flooding conditions, as standing water has impacted roadways throughout the county. This joins other agency warnings issued ahead of days of heavy rain forecasted for the High Plains.
