Imagine you join a PSM class and you learn a lot from it. However, the day after the class, you suddenly feel alone. You don't know where to start. You don't know which steps you should take first to best serve your Scrum Team.
This is the reason that I decided to enrich my PSM class. I want my students to leave the class with an exceptional experience of learning and several pieces of practical blueprints and playbooks that show them how to apply their knowledge in the field.
I believe the first 3 months for new Scrum Masters are a golden time to prove that they are truly valuable members to their Scrum Teams.
