Relativity Space is planning to construct a rocket assembly and testing facility at the Space Coast Regional Airport in Titusville. Project scope includes construction of building space, purchase and installation of cranes, powder bed fusion printers, and material and fuel storage, CNC machining, laminating, curing, welding, assembly and testing equipment and systems. A construction schedule will be developed following site acquisition and permitting approvals; project completion is expected by the end of 2034. NextEra Energy Resources and Brookfield are planning to construct a data center campus with a 2-GW natural gas-fired powered plant and a 2.6-GW battery energy storage system (BESS) at the former Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant site in Paducah. Scope includes construction of building space; purchase and erection of structural steel and fuel storage tanks; installation of turbine and generator sets and battery storage modules; purchase and installation of continuous power and power distribution systems, standby power generators, underfloor cable pathways and overhead cable trays, a fiber optic backbone, cooling systems, power cabling, circuit breakers, isolators, transformers, switchgear, cooling towers and water treatment and emissions control equipment. The data center will have an ultimate critical power capacity of up to 1.8 GW. A construction schedule is being developed; the project is expected to be completed by 2032.
