MOSCOW, September 30. /TASS/. Russia’s total grain harvest could reach 140-141 million tonnes in 2026, according to a forecast by Vladimir Petrichenko, CEO of the ProZerno analytical agency, presented at the 23rd Agroinvestor crop production and processing conference.

"Accounting for the new regions, which are expected to yield around 5-6 million tonnes, the total will stand at 140-141 million tonnes," Petrichenko said.

Excluding the Donbass and Novorossiya regions, the harvest is projected at 134-135 million tonnes. This figure includes 88 million tonnes of wheat, 19.6 million tonnes of barley, and 15.7 million tonnes of corn.

In 2025, Russia recorded its third-largest grain crop in history, harvesting over 144 million tonnes.
